Marco Tripi also holds the positions of CEO of Almaviva, President of Almawave and Almaviva Experience (formerly known as Almaviva do Brasil), Almaviva Solutions, and TIVIT. He was born in Rome in 1969 and has a degree in Economics. In June 2018, he was elected by the Shareholders' Meeting of Asstel as a member of the Governing Council for the two-year period 2018-2020. In the period 2008-2015 he served as Vice President. In September 2016, he was appointed Vice President for the 2016-2020 term, and was placed in charge of Digital Transformation at Unindustria Lazio, where he had previously held the position of Vice President in charge of developing the Digital Agenda and Simplification. Since June 2013 he is in the Board of Assonime (Association of Italian Joint Stock Companies) for 2013-14. In July 2012 he was appointed Vice President of Unindustria Roma e Lazio, with the executive authority to develop the Digital Agenda and Simplification. In March 2010, he was appointed Vice President of the Executive Board of Confindustria's Assinform - Associazione Italiana per l'Information Technology. In 2008, he became a member of the Executive Board of the Unione degli Industriali e delle Imprese di Roma, the Employers’ Union of Rome. In 1999, he joined the Group, where he was appointed first Marketing Manager and then, in 2001, Chief Executive Officer. From 1997 he worked at the Marketing Department of BNL Multiservizi, the BNL Group IT services company.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Kerry A. Shiba is senior vice president and chief financial officer at Iteris, having joined the company in February 2023. Kerry has over 40 years of experience leading finance and accounting organizations for large-scale manufacturers and distributors. He also has played key roles in guiding strategy, including business acquisitions and divestitures, market focus and operating efficiency. Kerry most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Romeo Power, Inc. (NYSE: RMO), until a successful sale of the company to Romeo's largest customer. Romeo was a leading independent designer and producer of battery modules and packs primarily used in commercial electric vehicles. Prior to joining Romeo Power. Kerry served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wesco Aircraft Holdings. Inc. (NYSE: WAIR) ("Wesco"), a distributor and service provider of aircraft hardware and chemicals. Before joining Wesco, Kerry served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Superior Industries International, Inc. (NYSE: SUP) (''Superior"'), the second largest global manufacturer of aluminum wheels for the automotive industry. Prior to Superior, Kerry served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Restructuring Officer and President of the Original Equipment Business Unit at Remy International, Inc., a leading manufacturer of rotating electrical components for the automotive industry. Earlier in his career. Kerry served in various roles within the finance and accounting organizations at Kaiser Aluminum Corporation. including as Chief Financial Officer, and at The BP Goodrich Company. Kerry began his career at Ernst & Ernst. now Ernst & Young, L.L.P., where he served on the audit staff. and later as a consultant. Kerry holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Political Science from Baldwin Wallace College.
Senior Vice President, Mobility Consulting Services West
Steven Bradley PE is senior vice president, Mobility Consulting Services West at Iteris, having joined the company in 2015. With over two decades of experience in traffic engineering and operations as well as the planning design, and integration of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), Steven is primarily focused on helping public transportation agencies implement sustainable traffic management solutions that achieve safety, mobility and sustainability. At Iteris, Steven is an advocate for alternative delivery models that bundle Iteris’ professional design services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) offerings into cloud-enabled managed services that provide a more cost-efficient yet significantly more effective solution for agencies to manage their traffic and ITS systems to the benefit of the traveling public. In addition to assisting agencies in improving safety and mobility throughout complex transportation networks, Steven has a strong focus on promoting the sustainable nature of Iteris’ solutions and helping to improve the environment by reducing carbon emissions. Steven earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Resource Engineering from Humboldt State University.
Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer
Adam Cook is senior vice president and chief sales officer at Iteris, having joined the company in September 2024. With 15 years of experience in public and private transportation technologies, Adam has a proven track record of leading performance-oriented teams and specializes in driving market expansion and increasing recurring revenue for public and private billion-dollar companies. At Iteris, Adam applies his expertise in full-stack technologies, including hardware, connected sensors, cloud platforms, and services, to accelerate the market penetration of Iteris’ ClearMobility portfolio, enhance sales and distribution strategies, and provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Previously, Adam held key roles at leading Silicon Valley companies such as Samsara and ChargePoint, where he developed strong customer relationships and executed effective sales strategies that drove success and enhanced retention. Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer
Will Cousins is the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Iteris, having joined the company in early 2022. With over 25 years of experience, Will is a seasoned technology industry veteran with proven expertise in IoT, artificial intelligence, enterprise SaaS and Data Analytics. At Iteris, Will leverages his extensive experience in developing cloud-based products for various global vertical markets, including transportation, public sector, automotive, financial services, and media, to expand and manage Iteris’ ClearMobility portfolio, which includes sensors, software, and mobility data. In addition, Will is responsible for Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Partnering Marketing. Before joining Iteris, Will served as Vice President of Products, Design, and Automotive OEM Solutions at Zonar Systems, a subsidiary of Continental AG, where his team was responsible for shipping cutting-edge hardware devices to connect commercial vehicles to the cloud2. He has also held significant roles at large public companies like Nuance Communications and Microsoft, as well as early-stage companies. Will earned his B.A. degree from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (now part of Arizona State University).

Todd Kreter is senior vice president and chief technology officer at Iteris, having joined the company in November 2007. With over a decade of experience working on the vanguard of mobility-focused technology, and as many years dedicated to enterprise data management, Todd is a technology futurist with particular expertise solving complex problems at the intersection of business and technology. At Iteris, Todd is an advocate for multimodal detection, connected vehicles and smart communities, and has co-developed more than 10 patents. Previously, Todd served in various executive positions at Quantum Corporation. Todd earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
Senior Vice President, Transit - North America
Eric Reese is the Senior Vice President of Iteris’ newly formed Transit Business unit. He is responsible for bringing Almaviva’s Moova transportation solutions to North America. With over 25 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors, Eric is a demonstrated, experienced executive with a proven track record of driving strategic growth, operational turnarounds, and value creation through global platforms and enterprise solutions. His expertise lies at the intersection of technology innovation, public sector understanding and providing enterprise solutions for the transit sector. Previously, Eric served as CEO of Bytemark (now part of Siemens Mobility), where he spearheaded both regional and global expansion, restructured international operations, and delivered significant topline growth which ultimately led to Bytemark’s acquisitions by Siemens Mobility. His career includes executive roles at Vix Technology, Gannett Fleming, and Scheidt & Bachmann, and held various leaderships roles in the public sector with the City of Chicago and Chicago Park District. Eric began his transportation career at the Chicago Transit Authority, providing him with a foundational understanding of the industry. Today, he focuses on go to market solution, scaling operations and building high-performing teams to drive regional transformation and long-term business excellence. He is a member of the APTA Board of Directors and sits on other various industry and corporate boards.
Senior Vice President, Mobility Consulting Services East
Dr. Moe Zarean is senior vice president, Mobility Consulting Services East at Iteris, having joined the company in May 2002 and served in management positions since 2012. With over three decades of experience in traffic management and operations, Moe is an internationally recognized expert in the field of intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and has authored over 100 reports, papers and technical presentations in this field. At Iteris, Moe is an advocate for the planning, design and implementation of ITS in the areas of advanced traffic management systems, advanced traveler information systems, advanced rural transportation systems, traffic operations centers, and connected and automated vehicles. Moe has led key ITS projects in the states of Florida, Georgia, Virginia, New Jersey, Maine, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas and California, as well as countries including the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Moe is a past board member of the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s ITS GuideStar Program and has served as president of ITS Virginia. Moe earned an M.S. degree and Ph.D. in Transportation from The Ohio State University.
