Our internship program is an integral part of Iteris’ business and recruitment strategy and allows today’s entry-level candidates the opportunity to learn about a career field from the inside. We are looking for talented individuals who strive to learn new skills and possess a self-starter attitude to bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to our existing projects.
From day one, you will hit the ground running. Our goal is to provide you hands-on opportunities to convert your academic knowledge into professional skills. You’ll work with mid- to senior-level employees to gain industry knowledge first hand and be exposed to a wide range of experiences that will prove a bridge between your knowledge base and the professional world. Our most successful interns are ambitious and enthusiastic; they thrive on challenge and creative problem solving.
Our internship program is designed for us to get to know your knowledge, skills, and abilities and to assess your fit for potential long-term employment upon graduation. Our internships typically last for three months and we regularly convert top performing interns to full-time hires upon graduation.
